Conversion Rate refers to the percentage of people who have taken action. This is an important metric when measuring ROI.

Click Through Rate refers to the percentage of people who click on a link after being given the option to do so.

KPI
Key Performance Indicator refers to a metric to determine how effective something was at reaching the intended benchmark or goal. An indicator might be for user engagement, comments, clicks, etc.

CTA
Calls To Action refers to an action intended to prompt a response from your customer. words like buy, read, click, follow, and other ones asking people to perform an action are some examples.

Social Media Marketing refers to using social media to build brand awareness through building relationships and lead generation.

Scope of Work refers to the deliverables and expectations for the duration of a contract
